By using Skinsei you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your license to the app.
What Skinsei is — and isn't
Skinsei provides AI-assisted skincare guidance: skin scans, scores, product suggestions and coaching. It is a grooming and wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a skin condition or a concerning symptom, consult a dermatologist or physician.
Subscriptions
Skinsei Plus is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. The price and period are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled anytime in your Apple ID settings. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and content you submit. You grant us the limited right to process them solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and content anytime in Settings.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the service, or submitting unlawful content.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated analysis can be imperfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
